Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms govern the use of the digital menus and of the Restaurant OS service, offered by Sinsajo Creators LLC. By using a menu or the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the service is

Restaurant OS lets restaurants publish their menu online (with translations, photos, videos and allergens) and receive orders on WhatsApp. Sinsajo Creators LLC provides the tool. It does not sell food, is not a party to the relationship between the diner and the restaurant, and does not collect or process payments between them.

2. If you use a menu

  • Prices, availability and hours. The restaurant sets them and they can change without notice. They may be out of date or contain errors: if something matters, confirm it with the restaurant.
  • Translations. Some are made with artificial intelligence and may contain errors. If in doubt, ask the staff.
  • Photos and videos. They are for reference: the dish you receive may look different. When a menu is a sample or the images are illustrative, it says so; images created with artificial intelligence carry the label “AI-generated image”.
  • Ordering on WhatsApp. It is a message you send to the restaurant from your own WhatsApp, not a contract with us or a purchase made on this page. An order counts once the restaurant confirms it. The final price, timing, payment method and delivery are agreed directly with the restaurant. The total you see on screen is an approximate sum using the menu’s prices.
  • Reasonable use. Do not try to get around request limits, overload the service, get in where you are not meant to, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Allergens and dietary needs

Information about allergens, ingredients and labels (vegan, gluten-free, spicy and similar) is written by the restaurant. It may be incomplete, out of date or missing, and Sinsajo Creators LLC does not verify it. If you have allergies or intolerances, always tell the staff before ordering, whatever the menu says. We do not guarantee that any dish is free of an allergen or that there is no cross-contamination in the kitchen.

4. Reviews and content you submit

  • Write only about dishes you have tried, and describe your experience honestly.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, promotional or spam, or personal data about yourself or others (phone numbers, emails, addresses).
  • No review is published unless the restaurant approves it. Reviews are moderated by the restaurant: the menu shows only approved ones and the average rating is computed from them. Only reviews that break these rules (spam, personal data, offensive, fake, or about a dish that was not tried) are rejected or removed, never for being critical or for their rating.
  • By submitting a review you authorize the restaurant to display it on its menu, with the name you gave, free of charge and for as long as it keeps it published. You are responsible for what you write.

5. If you are a restaurant with an account

  • Your account. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. Give accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Your menu. You are responsible for everything you publish: prices, availability, ingredients, allergens, texts, translations, photos and videos. It must be accurate and comply with the law, including rules on allergen information.
  • AI-generated content. AI can make mistakes when reading a menu, translating it or writing descriptions. Always review what it generates, especially allergens, before publishing.
  • Permissions. You must have the right to use the photos, videos, logos and texts you upload (including any people who appear in them). You authorize us to host them, display them on your menu and process them to provide the service, including the AI features you use.
  • Orders. Orders that arrive on WhatsApp are between you and your customer. You are responsible for fulfilling them and for your business’s legal obligations (licenses, taxes, food safety).
  • Suspension. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, in case of abusive or unlawful use, content that infringes others’ rights, a risk to the security of the service, or a breach of these terms.
  • Closing. You can close your account and delete its data yourself from Settings (you can download a copy first), or write to sales@sinsajocreators.com.
  • Age and business use. You must be 18 or older and act on behalf of a business to open a restaurant account.
  • Reviews and Club. You may not reject reviews for being negative or for their rating; only those that break the rules. Club contacts are for sending your offers with their permission: honor every opt-out, handle your diners’ access or deletion requests and do not sell or share them.
  • AI images. Images you generate with the dashboard’s AI are labeled “AI-generated image” on your menu. Do not present them as real photos of the dish.
  • Club messages. You send them yourself, from your own WhatsApp. Comply with applicable laws (for example, the TCPA) and WhatsApp’s rules.
  • Expired plan. If the free trial or the paid period ends and is not renewed, you get 7 days where everything keeps working. After that, the dashboard becomes read-only (you can view it, not change it) until you renew. Your public menu stays online in the meantime.

6. Plan, billing and cancellation

  • Price. A monthly subscription (Basic or Complete plan) plus any applicable taxes. The price that applies to you (list price or founding-restaurant price, which is kept) is shown in the dashboard and on the payment page before you pay. If a one-time setup fee is agreed, you are told in writing before you pay. We give you written notice at least 30 days before any price change.
  • Free trial. Your account starts with a 30-day trial, no card needed. The exact date it ends is shown in the dashboard. When it ends you are not charged anything unless you choose a plan and pay.
  • Automatic renewal. If you pay by card, the subscription renews itself every month and is charged to the same card until you cancel.
  • How to cancel. At any time: with the “Manage my subscription” link (Stripe portal) we give you when you pay, or by writing to sales@sinsajocreators.com (we cancel within 2 business days at most). You can also close your account from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges and is as easy as subscribing.
  • What happens when you cancel. You keep the plan until the end of the period already charged. After that the dashboard becomes read-only (see “Expired plan”) and, if you close the account, your menu and data are deleted.
  • Refunds. We do not refund monthly periods already used or a setup fee already performed, except for our error or where the law requires it. If a charge is a mistake, write to sales@sinsajocreators.com and we will fix it.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design and brand of Restaurant OS belong to Sinsajo Creators LLC and its licensors; the service is based on the Business OS, created by Makeflowia Lab. The content of each menu belongs to the restaurant that publishes it.

8. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors, or that the information published by restaurants is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sinsajo Creators LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of profits or data, for what happens between a diner and a restaurant (food quality, allergens, orders, payments or deliveries), or for service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed what you have paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published here, with its date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it. If the change is important, we will let restaurants with an account know.
