Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Sinsajo Creators LLC wants anyone to be able to read a menu and order, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or large text. We use the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines as a reference. This statement says what we do and what is still unresolved; it is not a certification.

1. What we already do

  • The menu reads well on a phone (from 390 px wide) and supports browser zoom without losing content.
  • Dish photos and the logo have alternative text (the dish or restaurant name); purely decorative images are marked as such.
  • Dialogs (dish sheet, order) can be closed with the Escape key and return focus to where you were.
  • Videos can be paused and respect the system’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Text colors are chosen for good contrast, and information does not depend on color alone.
  • The menu is offered in 12 languages and the page declares its language for screen readers.
  • Images created with artificial intelligence carry a visible label.

2. What is still unresolved

  • We have not had an external accessibility audit; some parts may fail with certain keyboard and screen-reader combinations.
  • The alternative text of photos does not describe the image’s content, it only names the dish.
  • Automatic translations of the menu may contain errors.
  • The restaurants’ dashboard has had less accessibility testing than the public menu.

3. Tell us about a problem

If you cannot use something, write to sales@sinsajocreators.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within 5 business days at most and, while we fix it, we give you the information another way (for example, by phone or email).
